All HTC mobile bases raise your machine or item being mobilized just 3/4" off the ground. The HTC foot operated fixed wheel locks are fast and convenient. A quick kick of the toe releases or engages the lock for fast and easy machine setups. This feature is found on all standard duty HTC mobile bases. The HTC foot operated floor lock secures the swivel end of the base by transferring part of the machine's weight to the floor, through the rubber leveling glide. These two features are convenient and best of all effective and secure. HTC floor locks are found on both standard duty and heavy-duty mobile bases and can be retrofitted to any moble base constructed of 1" x 2" steel tubing.
